Distressed Asset Evaluation and Acquisition - Browne Fino Davis offers evaluation and acquisition services for distressed real estate developments to banks, pension funds and private investors. Browne Fino Davis evaluates the distressed development through extensive forensic due diligence to determine an accurate valuation for the property. We provide strategies that yield the highest value for the asset including, disposition, completion of construction and repositioning. In a disposition scenario, our team provides an evaluation together with a marketing and sales strategy. If the strategy is to complete construction or reposition the asset, Browne Fino Davis will oversee and manage the entire process.

The three partners at Browne Fino Davis have designed, built and developed significant large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects. Gary Davis, Charles Fino, and Ken Browne have assembled a group of highly qualified professionals to provide a complete evaluation of distressed projects in all phases of development to determine the cost and schedule to complete and the financial analysis needed to determine their current and future value.

Real Estate Development - Browne Fino Davis provides a complete range of development services with a focus on large scale mixed-use urban developments.  All three partners have extensive experience in the design, construction and development of large scale residential, commercial and retail projects.   The breadth of experience within the company allows Browne Fino Davis to stay highly involved from deal sourcing to project conception through pre-development, construction, and occupancy.

Currently, Browne Fino Davis is a joint venture partner with Apollo Real Estate Advisors on three significant projects:  a 350,000 square foot multi-family, ground up development in Williamsburg, New York, a 745,000 square foot mixed-use residential and retail complex in Inwood, New York, and New Town at Capital City Market, a 24 acre mixed-use market place in northeast Washington DC.

Browne Fino Davis is currently providing development services for Lloyd Goldman and the Athena Group on a 35 story, $125 million mixed-use luxury residential building consisting of 400 rental apartments, 15,000 square feet of retail and 375 car parking garage in Jersey City, NJ.  This project follows the recent completion of the “A”, a $120 million, 250 unit, 34 story luxury condominium in Jersey and the highly successful completion of 111 Central Park North, a 97,000 square foot, 20 story, $120 million, luxury residential condominium overlooking Central Park.
